Custom meal plan and custom workout plans "I've always loved to work out, but would continuously find myself going into the gym without a plan and not totally sure what I should be doing to get the results I wanted. Same thing when it came to my eating. In general, I knew I was mostly eating healthy, but never had a solid plan for my meals each week or how my workouts and meals should work together. After finding Amy online, I reached out to her for a meal plan and workout plan. She knew exactly what I was looking for and customized plans that were right for me and my goals. I'm now on my third workout plan and stepping into the gym each day with a goal in mind and a newfound motivation and focus. I leave the gym feeling like I just got my butt kicked:) I couldn't be happier with the meal planning and nutrition tips she has provided, as it has allowed me to fine-tune what I put in my body and has given me a fresh perspective on meal prep and cooking. Custom Meal Plan, Workout Package, Bikini Competition Prep and Personal Training “I reached out to Amy last November to see if she could coach me for my first bikini competition. It had always been a dream of mine to compete and I was very scared to start the “prep” process because I had trained with two other coaches the year before and ultimately, I quit because I personally needed more support from them. At the time I was struggling with BED (binge eating disorder). Amy not only provided me with the appropriate meal and workout plans, but she offered continuous support throughout my 12 week prep. During my prep I endured some struggles and a lot of self-doubt. Amy helped me to believe that I could do it and that I had the strength. My attitude changed from “I can’t” and “why me?” to “I can!” and “why not me?!” I learned that being prepared and seeing food as fuel was the key to success. I finally attained my goal of competing and I won in my class! I had developed more strength mentally than I ever had before and for the first time in my life, I had a role model in Amy. The positivity that she maintained throughout my prep was incredible. I have now competed in 3 NPC shows and for each one, Amy made customized meal plans and changed my workouts when it was necessary. I have so much confidence in the gym and in my life now. Amy and I worked together after my last competition to come up with a maintenance plan to keep me on track. I absolutely love the food choices I get to eat on a daily basis and the fact that I can stay in shape even when I am not competing.
