My fitness journey began in 2011 after my son was born. I resigned from the Denver Broncos after 10 years as Sr. Director of Corporate Partner Services and wanted to focus my time and energy into being a mom. I also wanted to use my business experience and love for people to do work that truly helped others.

My Philosophy |
When both your training and eating are dialed in, that is when the true magic happens and you start seeing results. I also believe that when you embrace the below core principles, you’ll have a happy and successful approach to fitness for the rest of your life!
Start Every Day with Gratitude and Enthusiasm – Nothing great can be achieved without it! Be thankful and count your blessings. There are people who would love to have your bad days. Train Hard and Train Smart – It’s not about how many hours you spend at the gym or how sore you get after working out. It’s about having an effective workout plan with a purpose. Then it’s up to you to bring the heart and hustle! My goal is always to be the hardest working person at the gym. UNLEASH YOUR INNER BEAST! Eat Right and Eat Often – Ditch the yo-yo dieting. It’s not a diet, it’s a lifestyle! Invest in a meal plan that works for you that is maintainable and enjoyable. Get on board with meal prepping. Having healthy, ready-to-go food in the fridge saves time, money and inches off your waist. You don't have to deprive yourself. I promise! Motivate Yourself and Inspire Others – Be your own biggest fan and let your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more and be more. The Active Life Requires Rest – Muscles are broken down in the gym and grow while you rest, recover and sleep. LISTEN TO YOUR BODY! xoxo - Amy |
